We provide refunds on event tickets for cancellation notices four days prior to your event date, minus a $10 service fee. Please email lazydaypettingzoo@gmail.com to get issued a refund. Due to expenses, we do not give refunds with a notice of fewer than four days as we need to make sure all of our animals are taken care of. Your ticket is what provides the income for our animals to stay safe and healthy. Tickets are transferable to other people at any time, one ticket per person.
